近日，工業(yè)和信息化部等七部門發(fā)布《關(guān)于加快推動制造業(yè)綠色化發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》，其中提到：前瞻布局綠色低碳領(lǐng)域未來產(chǎn)業(yè)。聚焦“雙碳”目標(biāo)下能源革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革需求，謀劃布局氫能、儲能、生物制造、碳捕集利用與封存（CCUS）等未來能源和未來制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。圍繞石化化工、鋼鐵、交通、儲能、發(fā)電等領(lǐng)域用氫需求，構(gòu)建氫能制、儲、輸、用等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈技術(shù)裝備體系，提高氫能技術(shù)經(jīng)濟性和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈完備性。

早在2022年，國家發(fā)展改革委、國家能源局發(fā)布了《氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中長期規(guī)劃（2021-2035年）》，就部署了推動氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要舉措。氫能作為構(gòu)建清潔低碳、安全高效能源體系的重要抓手在全球范圍內(nèi)的關(guān)注度穩(wěn)步提升。截至去年底，全球已有包括中國在內(nèi)的50余個國家和地區(qū)發(fā)布國家級氫能發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
